This delicious scallion dish is served as a condiment and is popular in Vietnam. It was delicious on the chicken from yesterday.
1/4 c. neutral flavored oil
4 - 6 green onions
pinch of salt
Slice the white and green parts of the onion.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 30 seconds or until they are just cooked.
Remove from the heat and add the salt. Allow to cool before using.
