When cooking is your hobby, you don't have anything to show for it later. So I started a blog to keep track of what I had made and to have something to show for it. Pandemonium Noshery is a hobby, one born out the love of cultures, food, travel and occasionally art.

Now my interest lie in finish my degree in International Languages and Criminal justice and eventually working in the fight against Human Trafficking. While that takes up most of my time a persons still gotta eat! My philosophy is if you are going to eat, make it something delicious.

Here I focus on international and ethnic recipes. True some will be good for you, but then the next will have three sticks of butter and a gallon of cream. Per serving. While that is maybe a hyperbole I never shy away from the decadent recipes, it wouldn't be authentic!

I love suggestions and input, so if you have something you would like to see featured I really want to hear from you!
