Jamacian Coleslaw


I loved the dressing on the coleslaw, the sweet mustardy mix really pops on the crunchy cabbage and pairs great with Jamaican fried chicken.

1/2 large head cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, grated
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Whisk together everything except the carrots and cabbage. Then in a large bowl toss the two together. Enjoy!!
