Colombian Cheese and Guava Cubes

Yesterday I posted about the Puerto Rican style guava and cheese appetizer. Today we get a look at the Colombian version. Cubes of cheese and guava paste together. When I posted about them both on instagram someone mentioned there is a Brazilian version as well. They eat slices of cheese and guava paste together without the crackers.

Guava paste
White cheddar cheese

Cut the guava paste and the cheddar in to cubes. Stack on on top of the other and secure with a toothpick. Enjoy!
