Cabbage Jangtteok



The batter on this made for a delicious pancake, even if I had to use cabbage instead of kale, since that's all I had on hand. I noticed when trying them that they didn't hold together all that well so I added an egg. They held together really well but they got too soft. So leave the egg out. I loved the flavor combination of the gochujang and the doenjang.
