Peach Kuchen

This was a Taste of Home find, back when TofH was still worth reading. I cut the recipe in half and made it in an 8-in cake pan. I had just enough leftover for a tiny one to taste test before dinner. And the highlight of this is a toss up between the butter shortbread like crust and the fresh local Georgia peaches I used. I also added a splash of vanilla to the topping.
