Miód Marchew - Honey Roast Carrots
This simple side dish comes from Polska Foods and is delightful. The honey pairs really well with the carrots and the dill, well dill is always delicious.
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill
Heat the oven to 425.
Clean and cut the carrots in to quarters length-wise. Place the carrots on a baking tray with sides. Mix the honey and oil and drizzle over the carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Stir and continue roasting until the carrots are tender.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
