Salad Zannannan
Pineapple Salad Recipe
2 c. chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracker black pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2-3 chopped Thai bird chilis
1 tsp. vinegar
Combine everything except for the pineapple and stir to combine. Continue stirring until the salt and sugar are dissolved.
Add the pineapple and toss to combine.
