Gamjajorim 감자조림





I can't really say there was much pandemonium with these, but there was definitely a lot of noshery. As with most Korean dishes, just head on over to Maangchi, I used her recipe again. My minor change was I left the sesame oil out. They taste just like the ones we like at the Korean restaurant and are simple enough for a week night. Also the flavor would go with lots of things, I can't wait to make them to go with my next roast.
